Last Minute Entertainment is available* to do most private events which includes, but is not limited to:

NOTICE: School events such as Prom, Homecoming or other school dances are NOT serviced by Last Minute Entertainment due to cost and equipment. Many of these events are planned by the students, who are only allowed a small budget, through the school, for entertainment. The cost of rental for extra lighting or sound equipment would then be passed on to the customer, causing most of these events to go over budget. It is preferred to leave these types of events to the larger dj services.

To book us for your next event, there are a few things you should consider before making that call.

The contract sent to you when you book will provide more details you’ll need to make integrating music into your event as smooth and painless as possible for both you and the dj.

A small deposit is required to reserve the day of the event. along with the signed contract that will be sent after you call.

For wedding events, it is necessary to plan on spending at least an hour to meet with the DJ and go over the event activities. It is very important that there be NO interruptions during this planning stage (cell phones,visitors, etc) so that the DJ and the Client can spell out what is expected of both parties and the itinerary of activities once the event starts.

If your event is theme oriented, (Hawaiian Night, Big Band Era, Fifties Night, etc), please book your entertainment at least 4 months in advance. This is because music not on hand must be ordered online, if not available locally.
